RENTAL POLICIES
Rental Requirements

The driver must present a valid, up-to-date driver’s license.

No security deposit is required.

A rental agreement must be signed upon delivery.
Cart Usage
-
Only the registered client and authorized drivers may operate the cart.

Use is limited to approved areas within Nosara.
-
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
-
Driving on beaches, off-road paths, or unauthorized routes is not allowed.
Delivery & Return

Deliveries are scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

The cart must be returned at the agreed time. Delays over 30 minutes may result in additional charges.

Free delivery is available in Guiones Centro. Other areas may incur a small delivery fee.
Cart Condition

Customers must inspect the cart upon delivery and report any visible issues.

Damages beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and charged accordingly.
Charging the Cart

Customers are responsible for charging the cart every night.

A charger is included with every rental, and instructions are provided at delivery.
Cancellation Policy
-
Cancellations 7 days or more in advance: full refund.
-
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior: 50% refund of the total amount.

Cancellations made within 72 hours or no-shows: no refund.
